Spend quiet time at home watching sunset on Crooked Lake from the front porch OR a quick jaunt into Mount Dora for Festival, shopping OR 30 minute drive to Disney OR walk to a 90 acre amazing preserve with birding and walking trails OR visit any of the hundreds of Lakes in the area! NO Smoking. No Cats, one dog allowed with $75 Pet Fee. NO Work trucks (HOA), No third party rentals, no smoking, no RVs.
NOTE: During Feb/March, Owner resides in apartment space over garage. No shared spaces. 40 mins to Disney. 35 mins to Orlando.

Summary: We had a great time. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The view of the lake was great and the sunsets were cool. Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and restaurants. Would do it again.
